On May 29, 2023, Chairman Lin Zhicheng, Medical Director Lin Daoxuan, President Wang Huaizhong, Director Yang Jinna, Director Wang Junlan and other leaders represented our hospital to participate in the “Health Law Research Association of Guangdong Province Law Society 2022-2023 Academic Annual Conference” sponsored by the Health Law Research Association of Guangdong Province Law Society. This conference aims to promote the research and practice in the field of health law and provide legal protection and support for the development of health undertaking in Guangdong Province. Experts and scholars from health, medical, legal and other fields of Guangdong Province and representatives of relevant institutions attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the participating experts conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on issues such as “the basic composition of the health law system, the safety management and quality control management of medical institutions, the prevention orientation of public health and its risk regulation”. Experts believe that health law is an important support for the development of health undertakings, and it is necessary to strengthen the construction of health legal system, improve the mechanism for handling medical disputes, improve the legal awareness and attainment of medical staff, and promote the quality and safety of medical services.

The participation of the “Health Law Research Association of Guangdong Province Law Society 2022-2023 Academic Annual Conference” not only helps promote the popularization of medical legal knowledge and improve the level of hospital management, but also provides an important reference direction for our hospital to further improve our medical service system and quality of medical care.
