To the patients, cancer is a life challenge. In the anticancer process, they shared the same successful anticancer experience that was “taking treatment positively to stay away from cancer”. A few years ago, INDAHWATI JUTIAMI and her husband from Indonesia joined the Canton Fair but she felt sick and did a body check-up. At that time, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. When taking treatment, doctor encouraged her to be optimistic. Her husband and she had travelled in many places of China. “I feel happy and comfortable in the trip. And my body also gets relaxed.” INDAHWATI JUTIAMI said. Last year, after her critical period of cancer treatment, Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou held an unforgettable Chinese golden marriage party for them. Five years has passed and her condition is still good.
Taking Treatment Positively to Stay Away from Cancer
Establishment of Center of Non-Border Tumor Prevention and Treatment Volunteers
“Taking Treatment Positively” is a new and popular self-treatment for cancer patients. The medical experts found that if patients laughed regularly, their condition was possibly improved. “Taking Treatment Positively” helps improve the patients’ condition mentally and physically.
Get together to celebrate 10th anniversary of MCHG
General Manager of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou, Lin Shaohua, implied, “We propose “Taking Treatment Positively” because in the last 10 years, the south-east Asian patients witnessed its positive effect. Many patients found their own habits. NGUYEN DANH CUONG loves painting; MISS ANAMIDA EBDEE likes cooking and PRASIT SUMONTA enjoys delivering a speech. They know each other here and treat them as families. We established the Center of Non-Border Tumor Prevention and Treatment Volunteers with the aim of spreading positive attitude everywhere. Medical service is non-boundaries; happiness is non-boundaries.
Anticancer Positive Energy
Let More People See the Hope of Live
With the advanced anticancer technology and idea, Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou has gained the recognition from cancer patients and in medical industry. At the 10th anniversary celebration, the chairman of the board at RS Adi Husada, EDHY LISTIJO, claimed that if his child was diagnosed with cancer not in 1990s but today, he surely would take him to Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou for cancer treatment because here, they have advanced treatment technology and the idea of “taking treatment positively”. I believe Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou could improve cancer patients’ condition!”
MDT received the interview
A SIA from Medan, Indonesia, was diagnosed with breast cancer. At first, she felt panic and scared. She went to Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou with her mother and now she told other cancer patients that “believe in yourself and you will defeat cancer successfully.”
Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou also organized patients to visit Guangdong Museum, Canton Tower, climb the Baiyun Mountain and sing with the social singing amateur, etc. A Malaysian patient told us that the doctors, nurses and the anticancer warriors all had a positive anticancer energy. Being with them together made him remove the panic or disparity and felt hopeful to life. That was special to other hospitals.
*Surgery, in addition to the appropriate chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are effective in treating early cancer, but certain patients in late stage of cancer may not be tolerate surgery well as they can be relatively weak. A combination of carefully planned minimally invasive therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy can effectively reduce the side effects and discomfort of treatment and may help patient get better efficacy.
