From July 27 to 28, 2015, the president of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou Wang Huaizhong and his team went to National University Hospital of Singapore to study the courses of hospital bed management, quality management etc. They deeply understood that the improvement of quality management process played an important role in promoting the economic benefits of the hospitals.

It was reported that on the afternoon of July 27, experts of National University Hospital of Singapore gave a lecture of hospital bed management knowledge from the angles of beds arrangement, distribution process etc. Meanwhile they introduced the practical experience while visiting the hospital on the spot. On July 28, the experts mainly introduced the knowledge of quality management, and focused on the improvement of quality management process. Except for the theories, they combined the relevant knowledge with a simulation game of hospital management, making the courses more intuitive, vivid, and understandable.

After listening to the courses, the team of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou expressed that the content not only had theoretical significance, but also the guiding value for practical hospital management. Through the study, they were deeply impressed by the economic effects of bed management, improvement of quality management process, etc.
