Oncologist, chief physician, a postdoctoral researcher of Imperial College London, with a doctorate from Shanghai Medical College Fudan University. He is a member of many academic associations in China. Having engaged in clinical oncology and researches in 3A hospitals for over 30 years, he is proficient in applying chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and monoclonal antibodies therapy to treating various malignant tumors, including liver cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, gastro-intestinal cancer, esophageal cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer and so on, especially good at treating different advanced and metastatic solid tumors with ablation, radiofrequency to thyroid mass, minimally invasive therapy (radioactive I125 seed implantation, intervention surgery) and performing pathology biopsy of various solid tumors. He is also skilled in seed implantation surgery for various tumors and metastases, microwave and radiofrequency ablation surgery, pathology biopsy for solid tumors, gaining rich experience in minimally invasive surgeries for neck and bone metastatic tumors.

Main research interests: Molecular biology, pathophysiology, diagnosis and standardized treatment, and minimally invasive treatment for recurrence and metastases of malignant tumors.

*Surgery, in addition to the appropriate chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are effective in treating early cancer, but certain patients in late stage of cancer may not be tolerate surgery well as they can be relatively weak. A combination of carefully planned minimally invasive therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy can effectively reduce the side effects and discomfort of treatment and may help patient get better efficacy.
