Medical Experience

Dr. Wang excels in Internal Medicines (chemotherapy, targeted therapy) and anti-cancer drug research, especially in malignant lymphoma (non-Hodgkin lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma), chemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, AHSCT for the treatment of recurrent refractory malignant lymphoma and malignant germ cell tumor. Wang Xiaoxiao has chaired the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, has participated in the National Natural Science Foundation and has published several papers in SCI journals as the first author.

*Surgery, in addition to the appropriate chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are effective in treating early cancer, but certain patients in late stage of cancer may not be tolerate surgery well as they can be relatively weak. A combination of carefully planned minimally invasive therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy can effectively reduce the side effects and discomfort of treatment and may help patient get better efficacy.
