The human immune system is the best “anti-cancer drug"

A study of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou showed that the human immune system can naturally withstand the invasion of certain pathogens, and the harmony of the immune system is the main reason for the spontaneous regression of cancer. The study found that about 10% of cancer patients, who have not accepted any treatment or just accepted a small number of treatments, are self-healed, and after regression, cancer seldom recurs. Relevant experts have been carrying out the long-term observation on 176 cases of spontaneous regression of cancer patients and found that only 10 cases recurred, and 2 cases metastasized.

Why improving immunity can fight cancer?

The human immunity mainly relies on white blood cells. White blood cells are divided into many kinds in which T cells, B cells, and K cells have the function of killing cancer cells. Metabolism of normal human body cells is carried out around the clock, and every day it can form 100 trillion new cells, which may also have two or three abnormal cells. If the two or three abnormal cells cannot be eliminated, and with the cooperation of external and internal factors, they can possibly develop into the enemy of mankind - cancer.

Under normal circumstances, the immune system of the body has been monitoring and timely eliminating these abnormal cells all the time, which is medically known as “immune surveillance function“. That is, when the immune system discovers abnormal cancer cells, T cells would be the first to take the initiative attack to stick firmly to the cancer cell membrane and make permeability changes with their enzyme so that cause large outflow of the cancer cells’ potassium ion and bring a massive injection of sodium, calcium and water into the cancer cells. Through this way, the cancer cells will lose the balance of penetration.

During the process of B cells participating in the eradication of cancer cells, they can be immediately compounded into specific antibodies - immunoglobulin, which would be distributed to the body fluids and form a "humoral immunity” battlefield. B cells can impose great effects to kill cancer cells as they can produce a substance called “cell toxicant" which can kill and destruct cancer cells.

There are still a few basic practices to improve immunity

1.Improve the quality of sleep. Sleep is closely related to the body's immune system. Famous immunologists through “self-sleep" test found good sleep allows both lymphocyte counts increase significantly. Experts of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou have studied out that when sleep, the body would produce a sleep factor called muramic acid which can increase leukocytosis, invigorate macrophages and enhance liver detoxification function; thereby eliminate invaded bacteria or viruses.

2.Maintain optimistic. Optimistic attitude can maintain an optimal state of the human body, especially in today's society, people are facing a lot of pressure, and enormous psychological pressure will lead to hormone ingredients increase, which would inhibit the body's immune system and make people so vulnerable to colds or other diseases.

3.Limit alcohol consumption. The daily low-grade liquor drink should not exceed 100 ml, rice wine not more than 250 ml, beer not exceed 1 bottle, as alcohol will have a negative impact to any part of body. Even if grape wine can lower cholesterol, it still needs to be limited to a cup daily. Excessive drinking would cause great damage to the blood and other organs like the heart.

4.Participate in sports. 30-45 minutes of exercise each day (five days a week, for 12 weeks) will increase the number of immune cells and relatively improve the resistance. It should be noted that movement is just for the purpose of heartbeat acceleration, so it is very suitable to take a walk after dinner.
